Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions) with two convenient options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: £12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Miha dress as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sleeveless dresses
  • Summer dresses marked as final sale

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

How to Return or Exchange
