At Miha Dresses Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love designing our floral maxis and crisp office dresses. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sleeveless dresses or summer dresses marked as final sale. These items are exempt from our return policy.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Miha dress:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Exeter boutique using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
