Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:
- All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sleeveless dresses or summer dresses marked as final sale. These items are exempt from our return policy.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Miha dress:
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn items with original tags in the original packaging if possible

- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
